Tanzanian Peaberry Costa Rica Grown from Caturra and CatuaiThis peaberry coffee is produced by a co op of 235 smallholder farmers in the Mbozi district. The co op recently upgraded their washing stations to allow for a more controlled and consistent process of the coffee. This allows the co op to get a better price on international markets. It is roasted to a medium level to accentuate the almond and chocolate notes and to reduce the acidity. Read more about peaberries.
