Two Brewers gives the following tasting notes. "An intricate aroma, dry and earthy, intriguing with oaky peat tones. The sweet beginnings, rounded with fleshy tropical fruit, grow quickly to dusty ash edges engulfing the dried nougat heart. The finish dries further, a damp smoulder with a tang that beckons for more."
