without the addition of colour or any chill-filtration

It's made using spirit produced at Uitvlugt using both Savale stills and the original and last surviving wooden Coffey still from the Enmore Sugar Estate

then more smoke notes add to a sublime finish

L'Encantada Laoue´ 1999 52.7% 50cl 29 some dry peat notes withL'encantada Laoue 1999 52. 7% 50cl Nose; Soft fruity and creamy caramel, a softer and lighter candy note with a hint of orange pastel, Toasted oak and soft green grape notes, vanilla and soft milk chocolate. Taste: Front of the palate has a nice rich Butterscotch, sugar coated almonds, creme caramel, candied orange, with a soft cherry blossom and vanilla pod tone leading to a nice rich and lingering finish.
