Most often found in central America, it may now be spotted in Texas and Florida too, and it is certainly not a songbird. I have included it because I finished reading, 'A Most Remarkable Creature, The Hidden Life of the Worlds Smartest Birds of Prey', by Jonathan Mieburg. This is a book about the Crested Caracara's (represented on the mug) cousin, the Striated Caracara. I learned that these
