"Loungers on the Steps", Eugene Higgins, Amer., (1874-1958) POR Ink and VarnishEtching and Aquatint, 1932, 7 3 4 x 6, Ed. unknown, but at least 2, signed in pencil with imp. & title, and noted "2 prints" at bottom left and center margin edge, on cream wove paper. A strong, moody impression.
