Nose: Sweet spices, orchard fruits and hints of iodine, with soft waxy notes adding to the rich opening on the nose, polished deck wood, beach side aromas of summer drift wood, salted caramel sauce and dried simmer fruits, sweet and smokey at times with a tempting hint of quince. Palate: A superbly rich and fruity opening, with a hint of toffee apples and soft wood smoke
