Foradori "Sgarzon" Teroldego 2021 Chardonnay/ Auxerrois Rye whiskey distilled in bothElisabetta Foradori, the queen of Teroldego and one of the natural wine pioneers of Italy, produces a sublimely elegant example of this sometimes burly grape. Blue fruited and accented with aromatic herbs, the acidity and lighter frame of this wine remind us a little of great Cru Beaujolais.
