2023 Prosecco Col Fondo multiblend Savouriness abounds on the palateVinea Marsons small batch, ancestral method Prosecco col fondo (literally meaning with the bottom), champions a natural & savoury style of wine. Unlike its traditional method counterpart, the wine does not undergo disgorgement & dosage with the lees remaining in bottle. TASTING NOTES The resulting cloudy wine is full of savoury aromatics, pleasant bread and lemon tart characters. With age, yeast autolysis character dominates with flavours of brioche &
