Salcheto, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2020 Merlot 22% Chenin BlancBig, powerful wine loaded with dark fruit, leather, spices and earthiness made from the Prugnolo Gentile grape. Prugnolo Gentile differs from other Sangiovese clones in Tuscany, offering softer, more plum like flavours than the usual black cherry a mid ground between the robustness of Brunello and the elegance of Chianti. Generous with velvety tannins and an outstanding balance.
