Distilled in copper alambics still, aged in American white oak barrels between 8 to 12 years. Nose Aromas of variety of red and dried fruits such as apple, quince, cherries, peach, prunes, cranberries and dried raisins. Also, vanilla, maple syrup, coffee, chocolate, cocoa, which are harmoniously intertwined with aromas of sweet perfumes of some flowers and oak wood, coming from the toasting of each American white
