Aged in a mixture of bourbon and tawny casks to give it a lovely fruity nose yet peaty palate. Nose Delicate honeycomb, menthol eucalypt, beeswax, nectarine, citrus. Palate Marzipan, stonefruit, bush honey, gentle waves of peat, toasted muesli, spices, buttered toast. Finish Lingering earthy peat.
