(1 readymix add 2 water) 2) Stir occasionally till it is cooked. (You may also add 1 tbsp ghee). 3) Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot. For Microwave : Mix 1 cup of Upma Ready Mix with 2 cup of water
