The tea cup and tea plate is in a deep magenta colour with gold trim and rim and the saucer is a beautiful matching purple colour with gold trim and rim. All the items are also decorated with a flower and leaf pattern. All three items are stamped underneath in gold Maureen China. Slight fading of the gold trim has occurred over time, but no cracks,
