Domaine Thibaud Boudignon, Savennieres Clos de la Hutte 2018 Ilatium The sweetness is perfectly integratedThe nose opens up to notes of lemon drop, lemon verbena, hay, white tobacco and gun flint. The oak is soft and sitting in the background. The structure is very sleek with typical apple skin tannins bringing length, balanced with a fine saltiness. This wine is still very early in it's life cycle, and some bottle aging will definitely bring up more layers and texture.
