Wilderness Trail High Rye Small Batch Bourbon Cabernet Sauvignon/Petit Verdot/Merlot Notes of barkAged in new charred oak for over 4 years. Copper pot distilled from a single fermented batch using a sweet mash process and put into the barrel at 110 proof. Oak forward with notes of banana, dark fruits, honey, and cake. The finish is long with lingering coffee, and banana notes.
