Bottled at 47. 5% Vol with a limited number of bottles from this cask of 181 bottles. Nose: Soft baked banana bread, hints of vanilla pod, some spices that deliver a nice balance on the nose, toffee and nutty aromas, summer fruit preserve and a little soft ginger and honey. Palate: Fruity and creamy in equal measure on the front of the palate, some soft baked fruit
