Matsui The Kurayoshi 12YO Pure Malt Japanese Whisky 700ml (ABV 43%) pu_mar26 its the Macallan Double CaskThis is the 12 year old Kurayoshi expression a blended malt from the little known Matsui Shuzou distillery in Japan's Tottori Prefecture. These whiskies are made with malts sources from Scotland, then blended with Japanese whisky and volcanic rock filtered water. Nose Flamed orange peel and lemongrass, with a touch of rye bread dough. Palate Aromatic barley with a floral edge, develops a fruity core of apple and white grape soon after. Finish Lime,
