Chateau de Beaucastel, Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2011 Neuburger with notes of red berriesVery bright and open, this lovely wine is redolent of blue fruits scented with pretty violets, spice and rose petals. The palate shows excellent concentration and depth with an attractive fleshy character and a long finish. The firm tannins and powerful blueberry, cherry and blackberry fruit marry well with the pure vein of acidity that runs throughout.
