Sergio Drago, Rosa HAWKES BAY citrus and bergamotObtained from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, with maceration in press for 5 6 hours then direct delicate pressing and spontaneous fermentation in steel. This is a refreshing wine with red fruit that evolves in the glass and is the type of rose that can be enjoyed year round!
