Vi har eksperimenteret med et ’low rye’ version af vores spelt-rye destillat med relativt mere spelt og byg

Double cask: 951+409 _shared-cask palo cortado og amontillado sherryThis whisky is a rich and fruity variation of our beechwood smoked "bg" whisky, vatted from an oloroso quarter cask and a bourbon barrel re filled from a PX cask. An oily mouthfeel with lots of ripe and dried fruit, soft oak spice, toffee and warming smoke with a hint of earthyness.
