Bei Aufnahme von Exsudaten bildet sich in der Schaummatrix ein weiches Gel, das ein einfaches Entfernen des Verbandes ermglicht. Die Hydrokolloidschicht bildet ein Gel beim Absorbieren der Wundexsudate, dieses sorgt fr ein feuchtes Wundmilieu, welches die Granulation und Epithelisierung untersttzt.
