There were no shorts or gas. It measured 60 where minimum (65%) is 37. It has a thin, hexagonal top mica spacer; rounded dark gray plates; a button thimble getter and excellent flashing. There is a crack in the base, but the bottle is firmly cemented to it and there is no movement at all possible. WE HAVE
