Origines - 2024 Orange Chardonnay variety_Saperavi on the Volnay sideExpressive Meyer lemon and white peach fruits are elevated by a floral blossom lift and complexed by nutty savoury mineral complexity. The palate is rich and expansive, showing the volume of flavour that high altitude Chardonnay can achieve, whilst also being chalky and refreshing in acidity. We continue to work with a site of extreme altitude at nearly 900m elevation, contributing to the precise structure of this wine. Origines, Winery
