This is for anyone that ever wanted to make their own 'receiver insert' for their OSR2(+) or wanted to use a sleeve onahole that didn't have notches or cases in their OSR2(+). It should fit most sleeves onaholes. All adapters go in place of the the heated mod case. Not needed to use OSR2 or SR6.
