Somos - 2024 iFiano & Amigos type_ProseccoThis is a cool and fresh little white! The Fiano is the backbone of the wine, giving it tons of stone fruit and nectarines, the Pecorino adds a lovely line of acid and citrus notes, and the Pinot Gris adds a bit of texture and ties the whole thing together. The two main components in this wine really mesh well together, like two luchadores hugging in the air. Tons of interest and incredibly high drinkability.

The Waubs Original was made using American Oak ex-Bourbon casks to highlight the Waubs maritime salted toffee characters but also has a layer of French Oak Port cask for a creamy raisin and butterscotch finish
