San Polino, Brunello Montalcino Helichrysum Vintage:2009 (all from younger vines Musigny)The 2009 Brunello di Montalcino Helichrysum redeems some of the shortcomings of San Polinos base 2009 Brunello. Although the wine feels sticky and chewy in the mouth with an evidently mature quality of fruit, Helichrysum is characteristic of a hot Brunello vintage.
