I was mildly surprised to find a bit of reduction in the bottled version though not enough to completely hide the otherwise ripe

This is evolving glacially and certainly much slower than I originally foresaw but it should be a stunner of a Clos de Vougeot when it finally reaches its peak

the 2020 Guillot Clauzel has turned out beautifully

Full bodied and densely packed, the voluptuous palate is framed by firm, fine tannins and a crisp acid line. It has a long, well balanced finish. Drink it from 2014 2026+.
