Formula brake pads Cura4 Material:Organic Front Derailleur / Rear DerailleurGenuine Genuine Formula pads to suit the Cura4 brake set. Organic pads use a resin bonded to a steel backing. Sintered offer excellent wear in wet and muddy conditions, consistent braking in high heat applications with the downside of not having a good initial bite when cold, does have more noise than the organic material. Organic pads will give very good initial bite, low speed control, a little bit quieter but with the downside wearing quicker
