Accompanied by Syrah, Mourvdre and Counoise, the Du Soleil la Terre cuve from Dauvergne Ranvier is warm and powerful. The grapes were picked when fully ripe, the wine was then aged for one year. A beautiful sensation of ripe black fruits is revealed on the nose after a little aeration. The aromas then evolve towards notes of coffee and pepper.
