Long leathery leaves with prominent central vein, measuring 11cm x 6cm, with new growth tending to red. Blooms: Very dark crimson flowers with extraordinary white hairs extending from corolla, up to 16mm diameter with yellow centred crimson corona. Up to 50 flowers per umbel. Sun exposure: Medium to bright indirect light. Loves heat and humidity. Water requirement: Prefers well drained, open mix. Water less in winter.
