It unfolds aromas of blueberry and blackberry with nuances of charcuterie, aniseed, Angostura bitters and forest floor. The medium bodied palate offers supple, detailed fruit, powdery tannins, vibrant acidity and a very long, ultra spicy finish. 598 cases produced.
