It is written in an Indian sub language of Gujarati. With our translation, we believe it is an old dentists sign as the writing in the green circle translates to: "For teeth and pyorrhea appointment". Pyorrhea is a form of gum disease. The green outlined box contains the translation of: "Ayurveda Research Institute" and "Neemkunj, Udaipur". This tells us
