Featuring the "Sima" varietal with a fermented natural process, this coffee offers a unique flavor profile including notes like black tea, plum and chocolate. We favor a slightly coarser grind and relatively high coffee dose for pour over. Similarly, we favor a slightly heavier dose for espresso.
