the family’s women patched it with a small piece of scrap fabric using Sachiko stitching
It also has a metal lattice on the inside of the framework which was handmade and this showcases the hours spent creating this window
this can be used for wall art or transformed into something completely different

It has been hand made through a very clever process whereby the wax is hand painted on the fabric, then it is dipped into indigo dye, and all the areas that were waxed were left untouched by the dye. This allowed for the beautiful patterns to come through, and the fabric to truly come alive. Due to its thin nature, the fabric would make excellent summer throws or unique wall
