Laurent Perrier, Brut Millesime other_regions_australia dried cherry iron - allAs usual, this latest release of the 2015 Brut Millsim is a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Offering up aromas of confit citrus, blanched almonds, spices and a delicate smoky reduction, it's medium to full bodied, layered and enrobing, with good depth at the core and a slightly smoky, phenolic finish. Dosage, eight grams per liter.
