Berto Gin, Antica Distilleria Quaglia abv__440 dried rose petalsThe 'Berto' Gin is a London Dry Gin, with a classic Juniper profile and similar to Tanqueray in style. Perfect for a classic Gin & Tonic or Italian Negroni. The grain spirit is infused with the main botanicals before a double distillation of the spirit in a pot still, which usually takes just under a week to complete this distillation. The idea for this gin came from Federico Ricatto, the artisan producer with whom the Jerry Thomas Project work.
