I would add that that the VA is a minor nit and doesn't materially detract from the appeal of the exuberantly spicy nose that is now beginning to display just a touch of secondary character
and candied lemon scent the nose and saturate the palate
it would appear that the Gaudichots is the more gifted of the two
but it's a serious wine
