Sea Grass Topper The lightly stiffened felt withA super, high quality, vintage sea grass straw was used to hand block this very narrow brim Topper. When this hat is spritzed with moisture, the undeniable sea grass scent evokes the calm feeling of an ocean breeze. A 3 8" leather hatband sits just above the narrow, rolled under brim. A chocolate, grosgrain interior head band fits a 22" headsize.
