Ferjančič Fino Belo Orange wine 22 months in oak barrelsOn the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the estate, we prepared a variety made according to the procedure of our ancestors. Rebula, Malvasia, Zelen and Chardonnay grapes are macerated in open wooden tubs for 7 days. This is followed by 1 year of maturation in old wooden barrels. Structural white wine, smell of ripe, dried fruit, vanilla, hay, thyme, Mediterranean spices (bouquet) taste: dry wine, oily structure, ripe acid, longer aftertaste.
