Hand picked. Whole bunch carbonic for seven days, then ten days semi carbonic with a gentle punch down once a day. Pressed to seasoned French barriques and aged ten months on fine lees. Medium bodied and aromatic red wine. Dry petals on the nose, with goji berry and cherry fruit. A
